General Sale Conditions

• Rates are in euros.

• A down payment of 30% of the total amounthas to be paid by bank transfer or PayPal at the time of booking, it is not reimbursable.Booking can be made by e-mail, phone or through Airbnb (please refer to the « booking » tab). 
A rental contract will then be signed.

• Sold to be paid when checking in in cash or through PayPal. In this case all extra costs will be supported by the guest.

• If booking is cancelled or in case of early departure, guest will not be eligible for reimbursement.

• Electricity (7 THB/kw) and water (120 THB/m³) consumptions are payable at check out.

• A 250€ (10.000 THB) – 500€ (20.000 THB) for our Villa VIP - guarantee deposit is requested at check in. Reimbursement of this deposit will be made at check out with the deduction of any potential damage or key loss (2.500 THB). Damage to the pool table (Apartment 1 – Villa VIP) will be charged a minimum of 10.000 THB, actual price will be determined by a professional.

• Check in time from 02:00 pm – Check out time before noon.
We are of course flexible in terms of timing should our guests be delayed because of transportation issues.
  

• Rooms are cleaned once per week. Bed linen and towels are also changed weekly.

General Rules :

• NAAM TAO VILLA is not responsible for any accident on its grounds. Kids should remain under adult supervision at all times, especially in the swimming pool.
  
  
• NO SMOKING inside the units, 
  
  
• NO RUBBISH in the toilets, please use the garbage bins,
  
  
• POOL ACCESS from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm,
  
  
• Please respect the neighbor hood as from 22:00 pm, silence is recommended
